Membership and Outreach will review event proposals at their monthly meeting on the third Tuesday of every month.
Important guidelines for church events
- No alcohol is permitted
- You’re welcome to use dishes, tables, chairs, etc., but please leave space as you found it
- Make sure lights are off and building secure when you leave
- Our building use policy prohibits for-profit activities
Publicizing your event
Send announcements to the Congregational Administrator and the Outreach Committee for:
- Sunday order of service (submit by Thursday, 10 am)
- Weekly e-blast (submit by Wednesday, 10 a.m.)
- Monthly newsletter (submit by 20th of the month)
- Church website
- Releases to local newspapers and websites for external publicity
- Use sign-up sheet in the Social Room and/or provide your contact information
