Each year our library committee hosts a common read of a book related to our values. This year, they have chosen to use the UUA Common Read selection:
An Indigenous Peoples’ History of the United States by Roxanne Dunbar-Ortiz (Beacon Press, 2015). The library has copies to check out as well as a few for sale for those who wish to purchase their own. Stop by the library to check it out!
Our congregation will hold our discussion on Sunday, March 29 after worship. Even if you can’t find time to read the whole book, please join us for an open discussion of the book and its topics.
